Full Job Description
Cooksville Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is looking for a Sales Representative to add to their team in Mississauga. Cooksville Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is proud to be a member of The Humberview Group, representing 20 dealerships and 18 automotive brands.

In this role, you'll help customers find the right vehicle by guiding them through every step of the sales journey - from vehicle selection and test drives to pricing, financing, and delivery. If you enjoy connecting with people, building relationships, and working in a performance-driven environment, this could be the opportunity for you.

This is a role where your success is in your hands - the more effort you put in, the greater your earning potential and long-term client base.

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission ranging from $70,000 to $120,000 a year- potential to earn more based on performance.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain full knowledge of all products, available services, accessories, prices and key features.
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the buying journey.
  • Assist customers with vehicle selection, leasing, and purchasing options.
  • Conduct test drives of vehicles for sale.
  • Recommend value-added products and services.
  • Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
  • Provide financial information regarding lease and finance rates.
  • Performs other duties as required.
