DescriptionAspen Contracting is hiring Sales Representatives to work directly with homeowners on exterior improvement and restoration projects. This is a performance-based role with strong earning potential and a clear path for growth.
We are looking for motivated, coachable individuals who want a long-term career-not short-term gigs.
Key Responsibilities- Meet with homeowners for scheduled appointments
- Conduct basic property assessments (training provided)
- Explain project scope and next steps to customers
- Work with internal teams to manage jobs from start to finish
- Maintain consistent follow-up and communication
Qualifications & Requirements- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Time management and organization
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
