Responsibilities: - Lead sales of hearing aids and accessories
- Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations
- Provide product recommendations
- Teach customers how to use and maintain their devices
- Deliver a superior customer experience, every time
Qualifications: - Bilingual required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, CRM, and POS Systems
What We Offer: - $100,000-$150,000 earning potential
- Miracle-Ear provides an average base pay of (65K) during training while we help you obtain your license
- Work-life balance, standard business hours of 8:30am-5:00pm
- As a new hire, you will attend a 1-week, all expenses paid training in Waco, TX
