Remote Sales & Operations Specialist

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $35 - $65 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Sales & Operations Specialist to support the daily functions of our sales and operations teams. This role is responsible for coordinating sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring smooth execution of business processes. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales teams with lead management, customer onboarding, and account coordination.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, customer records, and sales reports.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, contracts, and related documentation.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and generate operational reports.
  • Coordinate communication between sales, operations, and customer service teams.
  • Assist with inventory, order processing, and fulfillment activities.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications
