ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy
- Participates in annual sales planning processes (e.g., segmentation and targeting, forecasting, sales quotas, territory design, account planning, etc.) for smaller sales territories
- Contributes to the development of sales growth strategies with Sub-territories or smaller territories
- Works with senior management to identify and prioritize key sales programs
Program Support/Implementation
- Participates in implementing annual sales planning processes (e.g., segmentation and targeting, forecasting, sales quotas, territory design, account planning, etc.) for smaller sales territories
- Provides support on cross-functional projects targeted at improving sales productivity
- Analyzes data to evaluate program effectiveness and makes recommendations for improvements
Reporting and Analytics
- Collects, validates and organizes data to support reporting and dashboard production
- Designs and enables dashboards within company reporting systems
- Performs modeling and sensitivity analyses to evaluate options and guide management decision-making
Process Improvement
- Executes cross-department or larger territory-sized process improvements
- Identifies opportunities to improve/automate new and existing sales operations processes
- Works independently with other team members and other internal departments (sales, marketing, finance, IT, customer support) on system integration/upgrade projects
- Leads projects and implementation
- Supports UAT for processes and systems at the regional level, and provides feedback and suggestions representing the region
Sales Operations Support
- Supports sales organization in Sales Operations related matters
- Investigates issue escalations
- Identifies opportunities for Sales Operations process improvement
- Provides system training to Sales Teams as required
- Ensures the smooth running of established sales processes either within the local team or by managing offshore resources
Qualifications- 5+ years experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 90,000 - 136,000 USD / Annual
Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 81,000 - 121,000 CAD / Annual
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.
The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
