This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, can align diverse stakeholders around a common vision, and enjoys turning complex business challenges into scalable operating models. You'll work closely with leaders across Sales, RevOps, Product, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Business Development to ensure new businesses and growth bets are successfully brought to market.

  • Design and operationalize scalable GTM models for new products, partnerships, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Work with key stakeholders to develop commercial operating models, sales processes, forecasting approaches, territory strategies, and operational workflows that enable successful launches.
  • Identify operational gaps and opportunities, recommending process improvements that enhance sales productivity and customer experience.
  • Drive alignment by translating complex initiatives into clear decisions, priorities, and action plans.
  • Establish success metrics, monitor execution, and ensure strategic initiatives deliver measurable business impact.

Basic Qualifications

  • Consulting, Corporate Development or a related field. Experience leading commercial or operational integrations following mergers, acquisitions, or other strategic business transactions.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue operations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional analytical, structured problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and navigate complex organizational environments.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience partnering with Corporate Development or M&A teams on post-close integration planning and execution.
  • Track record of defining and executing GTM strategies for new products, markets, or business models.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce architecture, sales process design, and RevOps best practices.
  • Comfortable operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
  • Sales experience is an asset.
