Full Job Description
Sales Operations at Clover keeps our Medicare Advantage broker and agent channel running. The core function of this job is to support Clover Health's agent/agency contracting needs, and through that work you own our Sales Playbook, internal reporting, and process improvement across the function.

It is a broad seat. You will work directly with the Senior Manager of Sales Operations and have visibility across the entire sales organization, because almost everything in the channel touches this role at some point. If you understand how a Medicare Advantage distribution channel works end to end, there is not a better seat for it.

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will:
  • Own agent and agency contracting. You are the first point of contact for contracting questions from agents and agencies. This includes onboarding new agencies, running the annual contracting cycle update, and maintaining accurate, up to date records year-round.
  • Own readiness and vendor support. You coordinate onboarding and data compilation for sales platforms and support those relationships day to day.
  • Own performance reporting. You own our Sales Ops reporting - from advanced Google Sheets to SQL skills to leveraging AI to support our various dashboards and ad-hoc analysis requests.
  • Own enablement and process. You maintain our sales playbook, support our remote sales platforms, handle operational onboarding for new sales hires, and own process documentation and improvement across the sales operations function. You are excited to leave your mark and improve how the function operates with a data-driven lens.

You should get in touch if:
  • You have three to five years in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, or a similar analytical operations role.
  • You demonstrated ability to own a recurring operational process end to end, including but not limited to: accuracy, deadlines, and follow-through.
  • You have genuine care about data accuracy in a system of record, and the judgment to know when to escalate rather than guess.
  • You have clear written communication skills.
  • You have a hunger for owning a process, optimizing it, and continuously improving it as business needs direct.
  • You have medicare Advantage, health insurance, or another CMS-regulated environment.

Preferred skills:
  • Familiarity with broker or agent distribution channels.
  • Experience with agent contracting, licensing, or appointment systems.
  • Experience automating manual work through scripting, Apps Script, workflow tools, or AI.
  • Strong SQL and comfort working in a BI tool such as Mode, Looker, Tableau, or equivalent.
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills, including modeling that other people rely on.

Benefits Overview:
  • Financial Well-Being: Our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent begins with a competitive base salary and equity opportunities. Additionally, we offer a performance-based bonus program, 401k matching, and regular compensation reviews to recognize and reward exceptional contributions.
  • Physical Well-Being: We prioritize the health and well-being of our employees and their families by providing comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. Your health matters to us, and we invest in ensuring you have access to quality healthcare.
  • Mental Well-Being: We understand the importance of mental health in fostering productivity and maintaining work-life balance. To support this, we offer initiatives such as No-Meeting Fridays, monthly company holidays, access to mental health resources, and a generous flexible time-off policy. Additionally, we embrace a remote-first culture that supports collaboration and flexibility, allowing our team members to thrive from any location.
  • Professional Development: Developing internal talent is a priority for Clover. We offer learning programs, mentorship, professional development funding, and regular performance feedback and reviews.

Additional Perks:
  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) offering discounted equity opportunities
  • Reimbursement for office setup expenses
  • Monthly cell phone & internet stipend
  • Remote-first culture, enabling collaboration with global teams
  • Paid parental leave for all new parents
  • And much more!

$92,300-$120,000 USD
