Full Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Operations professional to join a team that is boldly designing transcatheter mitral and tricuspid therapies from the ground up. TMTT is dedicated to solving the complex challenges of mitral and tricuspid disease to transform treatment and significantly improve patients' lives.

How you will make an impact:
• Support growing national field sales team, as well as the broader TMTT organization.
• Partner cross-functionally across inventory, contracts, supply chain, marketing, sales, and other key business functions to support our sales organizations and improve patient access to life-saving technologies.
• Develop intermediate analytical models to make recommendations to stakeholders for inventory optimization and E&O mitigation.
• Perform advanced analysis of field scan results (e.g., physical vs system of record inventory) for SOX Compliance through multiple systems, cross functional departments (e.g., Contracts, Sales, Finance, Quality, Implant Registry, Supply Chain, Customer Service, IT) and external partners to make recommendations to customer service for resolution. E/NE (15/15)
• Identify and design system testing processes and process improvement projects.
• Collaborate with field sales team in managing all inventory at each account including quarterly/daily reconciliations, implanted and expired units, Open RGAs, unauthorized returns, inventory adjustments and bail outs.
• Update or create master data as required into one or more systems.
• Other incidental duties

What you'll need (required):
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 3 years of experience working in finance, customer service, sales operations, and/or inventory or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria

• Experience working in a medical device and/or regulated industry
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel, ERP and CRM systems. (e.g. Oracle, JDE, SAP, SFDC)
• Proven ability to forecast

• Good written and verbal communication skills including negotiating and relationship management skills
• Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Solid knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures and guidelines relevant to local and/or global supply chain including FDA and ISO laws and regulations applicable to medical device industry
• Good problem-solving skills and strict attention to detail
• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to work in a team environment, including cross-functional teams, representing the organization on specific projects, and customers
• Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $68,000 to $96,000 (highly experienced).
