- 3+ years of experience in home and/or basement remodeling
- Experience developing, implementing and maintaining KPI's

Responsibilities of the Sales Manager- Develop, implement at track KPI's for sales team
- Drive revenue generations through developing sales team
- Monitor daily and weekly sales goals for the team
- Coach sales team member individually and hold team members accountable to daily & weekly goals
- Develop and maintain clear processes
- Ride-along and coach in-field as needed
