We're looking for a driven and strategic Sales Manager, Project Pursuit to lead early engagement on major capital projects across Alberta. In this role, you'll partner with EPC firms and end users to shape project direction, influence specifications, and convert opportunities into long-term business wins.

What You'll Do

Lead Project Pursuits
  • Drive large project opportunities from early concept through execution
  • Develop winning strategies, capture plans, and positioning
  • Influence specifications and technical alignment

Build Key Relationships
  • Establish trusted partnerships with EPCs, owners, and stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary commercial contact for key Calgary accounts
  • Align internal teams to support growth and delivery

Deliver Results
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver compelling proposals
  • Support negotiations and ensure accurate forecasting and CRM tracking
  • Provide clear updates on pipeline, risks, and win probability

Stay Ahead of the Market
