🔑 What You'll Do:
- Lead from the front-hire, train, coach, and develop a team of high-performing sales reps
- Set the tone and keep the team motivated to meet and crush sales quotas
- Use data-driven insight to monitor performance, track KPIs, and unlock new market potential
- Partner with senior leadership to shape strategy, quotas, and growth plans
- Deliver coaching with confidence-and hold the team accountable to results
- Consult with customers to match them with top-tier products and services
- Oversee the sales budget, approve expenditures, and ensure profitability targets are met
What We're Looking For:
- 2-3+ years of proven experience in sales leadership
- A natural motivator who knows how to get results-and elevate people along the way
- Confident communicator, both with internal teams and customers
- Highly organized and performance-driven
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) + MS Office proficiency
- Clean driving record (company vehicle provided)
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
