As a Call By Call Sales Manager is a sales position managing the service techs and you will play a crucial sales role helping customers with their Heating, Air, Electrical Services needs, and you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to prospective customers, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone.

Our Ideal Candidate:- Prior experience as a Heating, Air, Electrical Sales Representative or In Home Sales Representative
- Strong leadership and management skills

- Working with Sales Manager to develop service tech budget that will produce the necessary revenue needed at the profit levels required to achieve profitability goals.
Requirements- Prior experience as a Heating, Air, Electric Sales Representative or In Home Sales Representative
- 2+ years of sales experience:
- Proficient Service Titan software is a plus
- Goal and Results Driven

BenefitsBenefits:- Compensation: $65,000- $125,000 (DOE)
