What You'll Do- Lead, manage, and hold the sales team accountable to performance expectations while providing ongoing training and development
- Manage showroom traffic, customer opportunities, TOs, and the overall sales process to maximize every opportunity
- Desk deals and support the sales team in structuring deals that create a strong customer experience while protecting dealership profitability
- Train and coach team members on EMI, TO processes, sales techniques, and dealership expectations
- Monitor and manage leads, DriveCentric activity, heat leads, desk logs, power hours, and customer follow-up
- Oversee vehicle trades, appraisals, dealer trades, RDR activity, and inventory-related processes
- Maintain strong lot management practices, including monitoring aging inventory and the 14-day process
- Identify and maximize sales opportunities through the service drive
- Coordinate with other managers and department leaders to maintain strong communication and dealership operations
- Provide backup support for desking and floor management as needed
- Partner with the BDC and other dealership teams to ensure opportunities are handled effectively
- Monitor reporting, availability, chat activity, and other key performance indicators
- Drive continued growth in store market share and gross profit

Requirements- Valid driver's license with a clean or acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a standard background check
- Strong reliability and consistent attendance
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Automotive sales, sales management, and/or finance experience preferred
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends as required by the position
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain professional under pressure
- Goal-oriented and comfortable being held accountable to performance expectations
