Full Job Description
Corporate Technologies is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Manager to lead, coach, and develop a team of 10+ Account Executives focused on selling managed IT services, cybersecurity solutions, cloud services, and technology consulting to small and medium-sized businesses across the U.S. This is not a "sit behind a desk and review reports" leadership role. We are looking for a hands-on sales leader who thrives in the field, enjoys coaching sales professionals, and can drive activity, accountability, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of sales success, experience leading teams, and a passion for developing people while building a high-performance sales culture. You will be required to travel to our remote offices across the U.S.

Job Duties
Leadership & Coaching
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop Account Executives
  • Conduct weekly 1:1 coaching sessions with each AE
  • Ride along to onsite customer meetings and provide real-time coaching
  • Help team members improve prospecting, discovery, proposal delivery, and closing skills
  • Create a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
  • Lead weekly sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and training sessions

Revenue & Pipeline Management
  • Manage team quota attainment and revenue performance
  • Monitor sales activity, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and conversion metrics
  • Hold Account Executives accountable for daily prospecting and pipeline generation activities
  • Assist with strategic opportunities and key account presentations
  • Ensure CRM data integrity and accurate forecasting
  • Develop action plans to improve team performance and close rates

Business Development Support
  • Partner with AEs on prospecting strategies and territory development
  • Assist with executive-level meetings and customer presentations
  • Support proposal development and deal strategy
  • Help identify new market opportunities and growth initiatives

Qualifications
Required
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience

  • Experience building and scaling sales teams
