- Schedule: This position requires open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. Successful candidates will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods and key opportunities for maximizing earnings.
As a Sales Manager, you'll play a critical role in leading and developing a top-performing sales team while driving dealership profitability and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do- Lead, coach, and motivate sales professionals to achieve and exceed performance goals.
- Manage daily sales activities, performance metrics, and team development.
- Train and mentor team members on sales processes, customer engagement, and product knowledge.
- Ensure every customer receives an outstanding dealership experience.
- Partner with dealership leadership to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
- Effectively resolve customer concerns and issues.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring- Automotive Sales Management experience with a proven record of success.

- Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
