Your Job

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to support our integrated box business in Cleveland, TN.

As the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our commercial strategy. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive market growth and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Location: This is a remote position with a regional focus. To support business needs, candidates must reside in or relocate to the Chattanooga/Cleveland, TN area. Relocation assistance is available within the United States.

Compensation: Our compensation package includes a competitive base salary complemented by variable compensation paid semi-annually, allowing our sales managers to benefit directly from their success. Additionally, we provide a company vehicle and cover necessary expenses, ensuring you have the resources needed to excel in your role.

For this role, we anticipate paying $150,000 - $200,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.

What You Will Do

Leadership & Team Development:
  • Lead, manage, and develop our commercial sales team focusing on recruitment, retention, and ongoing development.
  • Foster strong, mutually beneficial partnerships between sales, customer service, and operations by collaborating with other commercial business units.

Strategy & Growth:
  • Drive continued growth in revenue and profit margins by seeking out innovation and strategic opportunities.
  • Develop and implement market-driven sales strategies and pricing aligned with a market-focused vision.
  • Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Create value through customer success by implementing our world-class sales training process.
  • Ensure a robust sales pipeline tailored to regional needs.

Compliance & Technology:
  • Maintain compliance and safety in accordance with governmental regulations and company standards.
  • Effectively utilize Microsoft 365 applications and CRM Microsoft Dynamics.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience in sales within the corrugated packaging industry
  • Ability to travel throughout the region as necessary to support our current and prospective customers

  • Previous experience coaching and leading a high-performing team


For this role, we anticipate paying $150,000 - $200,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
