We’re looking for a Sales Manager who can lead from the front — someone who doesn’t just talk about success, but shows their team how it’s done.

What You’ll Do

  • Recruit & Hire: Build out sales teams by identifying, interviewing, and onboarding new reps.
  • Train & Develop: Run team trainings and one-on-one coaching sessions to help reps improve their performance.
  • Lead Daily Meetings: Conduct short, high-energy team meetings to set goals, track results, and drive accountability.
  • Personally Sell: Lead by example — knock doors, call, generate referrals, close deals, and demonstrate excellence in the field.
  • Hit Team Goals: Drive production metrics for your team and yourself each week.
  • Culture & Motivation: Keep your team hungry, positive, and unified around daily success habits.
