What We're Looking For- 10+ years in the Forest Products industry
- Proven leadership experience in EWP and siding sales
- Strong business, financial, and operational acumen
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
- Pass a pre-employment drug test
