About the Role

We're hiring a Sales Manager and Technical Specialist - Masonry to drive sales growth, provide technical expertise, and lead a team within our architectural masonry business. This role blends leadership, customer engagement, and technical problem-solving, making it ideal for someone who thrives in both strategic and hands-on environments.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed business goals
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed
  • Collaborate with marketing to support promotions and product positioning
  • Serve as the technical expert on masonry products for customers and internal teams
  • Conduct presentations and training sessions for clients, architects, contractors, and team members
  • Support the resolution of technical challenges on projects
  • Partner with product development teams to provide market and customer insights
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and key clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers
  • Provide coaching, performance feedback, and development planning for team members
  • Stay current on market trends, competitors, and industry developments
  • Utilize industry platforms to identify project opportunities and drive product specifications
  • Maintain regular in-person attendance
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a desk
  • Occasional lifting of office materials (10-20 pounds)
