Full Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE

You will play a key role in expanding Keyrus NORAM's presence by developing new business opportunities and growing existing client relationships across the United States, with potential exposure to Canada.

You will leverage your strong understanding of data consulting services and your proven track record in selling consulting or project-based services to drive revenue growth. Working closely with consulting teams and technology partners, you will propose tailored solutions across data analytics, data engineering, data science, and cloud & AI transformation.

This is a senior, individual contributor role combining net new business acquisition with account development, offering high autonomy and direct impact on Keyrus NORAM's growth. You will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and need to be comfortable operating with change and ambiguity.

Location: Based in New York City, with a hybrid work model and travel required (office presence and client visits). Other locations on the US East Coast may be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support consultative sales cycles, from prospecting through to proposal and contract signature.


  • Originate and close new business opportunities aligned with revenue targets for data projects.


  • Build, qualify, and manage a strong sales pipeline across a defined territory or industry segment.


  • Own an annual revenue target. Contribute to go-to-market strategies, industry positioning, and offer development in collaboration with leadership and consulting teams.


  • Maintain strong relationships with our technology partners, editors and leverage them to generate qualified leads.


  • Support and grow existing small to mid-sized accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.


  • Develop relevant client and industry relationships; represent Keyrus in client meetings, industry events, and partner engagements to raise our market visibility.


  • Act as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding the Keyrus service portfolio and connecting technical capabilities to client business challenges.


  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure deal success.


Experience & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in business development or sales, with proven experience selling professional services and data-driven solution.


  • Strong understanding of the US market; exposure to the Canadian market is a plus


  • Highly proactive, results-driven and with a strong closing mindset, capable of owning the full sales cycle end-to-end, understanding stakeholder psychology, and adapting engagement strategies to drive new business acquisition.


  • Strong understanding of data, analytics, and cloud ecosystems, with proven experience in consultative sales and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value


  • Entrepreneurial and agile mindset with a hands-on, ownership-driven approach.


  • Familiarity with data tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Azure, Snowflake, etc.)


  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs


  • Proficiency in French is a nice to have.

The On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this position start at approximately USD 220,000. The final compensation package remains flexible and may be adjusted based on the candidate's skills, experience, and overall performance throughout the selection process.
