Full Job Description
Where is the work:
Prioritize engaging with customers. When not directly interacting with customers; collaborate with colleagues in your office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with overall business objectives and local market priorities.
  • Establish clear business priorities and allocate resources effectively to support growth and performance.
  • Hire, coach, and develop top talent to build a strong, capable, and engaged sales organization.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive accountability, visibility, and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate company strategy, objectives, and enterprise priorities in a clear and consistent manner.
  • Partner closely with local leadership to ensure alignment between corporate initiatives and regional execution.
  • Assess organizational and team capabilities, identify competency gaps, and implement agile development plans to address business needs.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven team culture that supports collaboration, engagement, and results.
  • Provide effective leadership, remove barriers to execution, and create the conditions for team success.
  • Translate corporate initiatives into practical actions for the sales team and ensure disciplined follow-through.
  • Utilize Sales Excellence tools to drive individual and team performance in order to meet sales goals.
  • Effectively utilize employee development tools, as well as mentor and coach Account Manager group to ensure continued individual development.
  • Establish, monitor and execute implementation plans for key objectives through Account Manager coaching. Key objectives/metrics include: Mix, Growth, New Dealer Development, and Retail development plans.
  • Develop district business plan with leadership and management teams.
  • Accountable for developing key industry relationships within local markets. Key relationships include, but are not limited to, strategic builder alignment, vendor representatives, etc.


Qualifications
  • 5 years' sales and leadership experience preferred
  • Proven leadership experience in sales, business development, or commercial management.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategy, prioritize initiatives, and lead teams to achieve business goals.
  • Strong leadership skills, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and talent development.
  • Experience establishing and managing KPIs, performance expectations, and operational discipline.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving ability, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lead through change with agility, resilience, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to: DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
