The roleYour mission is to help Light scale from an early sales motion into a world-class revenue organization.
You'll work directly alongside the founders and early team to build Light's sales organization. You'll recruit and develop exceptional talent, establish the operating rigor required for scale, and help win some of the company's most important opportunities.
Beyond managing a team, you'll shape how Light grows- working closely with Product, Partner Success, and the founders to uncover opportunities, refine our strategy, and drive repeatable growth.
This is an opportunity to join as a player-coach at an inflection point: a sizable customer-base and revenue trajectory yet early enough that the team you build, the systems you create, and the decisions you make will meaningfully influence the future of the company.
In your first six months, you will:- Recruit and develop the next generation of sales talent and build Light's sales organization.
- Establish the operating rigor, accountability, and discipline needed to scale the sales team.
- Personally lead strategic opportunities while coaching the team through complex deals.
- Drive sales productivity through better qualification, execution, and continuous refinement.
- Work cross-functionally with Product & founders to identify promising growth opportunities.
- Transform sales into a scalable, repeatable GTM engine.
