RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all aspects of the dealership's new and used vehicle
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue, profit, and market share goals.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team, including Sales Managers, Internet Managers, and Sales Consultants.
- Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate sales staff to ensure high performance and professional development
- Monitor inventory levels, pricing strategies, and vehicle allocation to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with the finance, service, and parts departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as gross profit per unit, sales volume, and customer satisfaction scores
- Resolve escalated customer complaints or issues related to vehicle sales or financing
- Prepare reports for dealership ownership and executive management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high customer service standards within the sales department
REQUIREMENTS
