Your Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you'll take charge of the entire sales journey-from spotting and qualifying leads to sealing the deal. Your talent for establishing meaningful relationships, understanding client needs, and providing customized facility service solutions will be essential for your success. This position focuses on proactive prospecting, relationship building, and strategic selling to foster business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay ahead of the game-carry out competitive analysis and keep up-to-date with developments in the facility maintenance sector.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively using CRM tools to monitor and follow up on leads.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and service delivery for new clients.
  • Act as a representative for City Wide Facility Solutions at networking events, industry conferences, and community activities.


Requirements
  • 2-5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience in outside sales).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills-you know how to connect with decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tailor solutions for client needs.
  • Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
