Description
The GTM Engineer - Post Sales serves as the bridge between post-sales teams and technical build capabilities. The role partners with Customer Success, Support, Field Services, Training, and Operations teams to identify operational inefficiencies and create scalable solutions through software, automation, data, and AI.Key responsibilities include:Identifying friction points across post-sales functionsConverting business problems into technical requirements and solutionsPrioritizing work based on impact and scalabilityManaging a backlog of high-impact initiativesDesigning, building, deploying, and maintaining systems and applicationsCreating a reliable source of truth across customer-facing workflowsBuilding integrations, automations, reporting solutions, and AI-powered toolsConnecting and operationalizing data across enterprise systemsDriving adoption through documentation, training, measurement, and continuous improvementDesigning scalable and maintainable systems with long-term ownership in mind

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $175000.00/yr.
Compensation: At Skydio, our compensation packages for regular, full-time employees include competitive base salaries, equity in the form of stock options, and comprehensive benefits packages. Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. Relocation assistance may also be provided for eligible roles. The annual base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $175,000*.
