ABOUT THE ROLEReporting to the Director of Legal Solutions, you will play a central role in ensuring the sales team is fully equipped to sell effectively. You'll coordinate sales onboarding programs, drive product marketing alignment, and manage enablement activities for product launches. You'll act as an operational backbone-creating structure, improving processes, and ensuring reps have the training, tools, content, and confidence needed to succeed.
This role is highly collaborative and ideal for someone who loves organizing information, creating repeatable systems, and supporting a high-performing GTM team.
RESPONSIBILITIESSales Onboarding & Training Coordination- Own the end-to-end coordination of the sales onboarding program, including scheduling sessions, managing materials, and tracking progress.
- Ensure new hires are trained on core sales processes, product knowledge, and messaging.
- Maintain and continuously improve onboarding documentation, training flow, and enablement content.
- Track onboarding completion and surface gaps or improvement opportunities.
Ongoing Sales Enablement- Coordinate recurring training sessions (weekly, monthly, quarterly) across sales, product, and marketing.
- Manage the enablement calendar and ensure training is delivered on time.
- Maintain the sales enablement knowledge base / LMS and ensure documentation stays up to date.
- Gather feedback from reps and leaders to improve training quality and effectiveness.
Product Marketing & Launch Enablement- Partner with Product Marketing to translate product updates and launches into clear, actionable enablement for Sales.
Coordinate launch readiness activities including live trainings, written briefs, battlecards, FAQs, and talk tracks. - Track training completion and readiness across the team for major product releases.
- Ensure sales teams understand messaging, positioning, ideal customer profiles, and competitive differentiation.
Tools, Processes & Reporting- Keep enablement tools, content repositories, and onboarding assets organized and up-to-date.
- Track engagement with training content and identify areas where reps may need additional support.
- Assist with surveys, certifications, and assessments to reinforce learning.
- Support documentation of sales processes and best practices.

- You love supporting others-especially helping teams learn, ramp, and perform at their highest level.
- You feel comfortable navigating ambiguity and proactively driving clarity and structure.
- You're an excellent communicator who can simplify complex product information into easy-to-understand training content.
- You enjoy collaborating across Sales, Product, and Marketing and can manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with sales tools or enablement platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Notion, LMS systems) is a plus.
- Familiarity with SaaS or product-led environments is helpful, though not required.
