Job Description

Join our dynamic Sales Enablement team, where you'll play a key role in equipping sellers with the tools, content, training, and programs they need to drive growth. This team partners across sales, marketing, product, and operations to improve seller readiness, accelerate execution, and support go-to-market priorities across the business.

You'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design and deliver enablement strategies that improve seller readiness, productivity, and execution across a range of business priorities. The role will also support governance and adoption for Coast as an important part of the broader Sales Enablement portfolio. Your ability to connect business priorities and seller needs will be essential to delivering scalable programs and measurable business impact.

About the Role

This senior role supports a broad portfolio of Sales Enablement priorities for Enterprise Sales, combining enablement strategy, program leadership, content and learning development, governance, and data-driven adoption. The role helps sellers build the knowledge, confidence, and resources needed to execute effectively, with a particular but not exclusive focus on Coast governance and adoption.

Working across Sales, Presales, Product Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, and other business partners, this role identifies field needs, shapes enablement plans, and leads communications, training, reinforcement, feedback, and measurement across multiple initiatives. For Coast, the role provides focused support for governance, readiness, adoption, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate can operate effectively with senior leaders, sellers, content experts, and business partners to improve the seller experience and business outcomes. Must be located in EST.

What you will be doing

  • Lead the design, development, and execution of sales enablement strategies aligned to enterprise sales priorities, go-to-market motions, and seller needs.
  • Drive seller readiness, adoption, and ongoing optimization across Sales Enablement programs, with dedicated responsibility for Coast governance and adoption.
  • Partner with Sales, Presales, Product Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, and subject matter experts to identify readiness gaps, define business requirements, and align priorities.
  • Establish and maintain Coast governance processes, standards, roles, and decision paths that support responsible use and scalable delivery.
  • Translate seller workflows, feedback, and business needs into clear enablement use cases, process improvements, and program plans, including targeted support for Coast.
  • Create and manage seller-facing content, playbooks, messaging, learning experiences, and reinforcement programs that improve confidence, consistency, and execution.
  • Build scalable onboarding, training, certification, and change adoption programs that accelerate seller readiness and sustain adoption across key initiatives, including Coast.
  • Support Coast pilots and phased launches, including audience definition, and readiness coordination, communications, training, support plans, feedback collection, and transition to ongoing operations.
  • Define success measures and report program performance, adoption trends, business impact, recommendations, and decisions to leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, including focused reporting for Coast.
  • Establish feedback channels and operating rhythms that ensure seller needs inform enablement priorities, program improvements, and Coast adoption plans.
  • Facilitate executive briefings, workshops, live and virtual training, and knowledge transfer across stakeholder groups.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on sales enablement, seller experience, and governance, with specific support for Coast; mentor team members and help establish repeatable standards and best practices.

What You'll Bring

  • 5-8 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, sales training, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, content operations, or a related commercial function.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional enablement programs that combine strategy, content, learning, communications, change management, and adoption.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes, go-to-market strategy, opportunity progression, customer engagement workflows, and seller productivity drivers.
  • Experience translating complex programs and capabilities into practical guidance, training, and support for sales teams; familiarity with Coast or comparable seller-facing programs is preferred.
  • Experience establishing or operating governance frameworks, readiness criteria, standards, documentation, decision rights, and feedback processes for sales enablement programs, including Coast or similar initiatives.
  • Ability to translate business needs and seller feedback into clear enablement requirements, use cases, workflows, and scalable operational improvements, with targeted application to Coast.
  • Experience developing playbooks, training, communications, onboarding, certification, reinforcement, and launch-readiness resources for sales audiences.
  • Strong program and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading pilots, phased rollouts, adoption initiatives, and complex cross-functional work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret usage, engagement, readiness, productivity, and qualitative feedback data to guide decisions.
  • Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills across executive, seller, and business audiences.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority, manage multiple priorities, and deliver against deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in enterprise software, fintech, financial services, or a complex business-to-business sales environment is preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of sales enablement principles, adult learning, content strategy, seller communications, and reinforcement practices.
  • Strong ability to learn and apply sales enablement programs, seller workflows, governance standards, and adoption practices, including those supporting Coast.
  • Ability to translate business strategy and product priorities into practical enablement plans and clear seller-facing resources, including guidance that supports effective Coast use.
  • Knowledge of governance, process design, workflow optimization, and operational excellence, with the judgment to balance seller experience, control, scalability, and business value.
  • Ability to define meaningful program adoption and performance measures, interpret quantitative and qualitative data, and turn insights into recommendations and action, including for Coast.
  • Strong executive presence, customer service orientation, and communication skills that build credibility with leaders, managers, sellers, subject matter experts, and business partners.
  • Strong facilitation, consulting, and influence skills, including the ability to align diverse stakeholders, clarify ownership, surface decisions, and resolve ambiguity without direct authority.
  • Strong project management, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and time management capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and move between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to assess program effectiveness and adapt based on data, seller feedback, and business needs.
  • Resourceful, proactive, collaborative, and committed to sharing knowledge and contributing to team success.
