Qualifications

• Proven track record as a 7-figure founder or high-performing sales professional within 2-8 years.

• Direct experience with e-commerce, specifically concerning storefronts and payments processes.
• Strong understanding of store-building, paid acquisition strategies, affiliate marketing, and margin management.
• Deep empathy for merchant challenges from hands-on operational experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage relationships with e-commerce merchants and brands.
• Provide solutions encompassing storefront, hosting, and payment systems.
• Identify and address the operational pain points faced by merchants.
• Implement and optimize effective sales strategies tailored to DTC stores and creator-led shops.
• Engage with clients in a consultative manner to enhance their business outcomes.
