We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead revenue growth for our cyber security portfolio. This role is responsible for driving new business, expanding existing accounts, and building strategic partnerships focused on network encryption, secure connectivity, data-in-transit protection, and related cyber security solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep domain knowledge of encryption technologies with proven enterprise sales leadership in the cyber security market.

Job requirements
  • 10+ years of progressive B2B sales experience in cyber security, networking, or infrastructure security, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership role.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding quota in enterprise or complex solution sales, preferably involving encryption, network security, or secure connectivity technologies.
  • Strong technical understanding of network encryption concepts (IPsec, TLS/SSL, VPN architectures, key management, hardware security modules, post-quantum considerations) and the ability to engage credibly with CISOs, network architects, and security engineers.
  • Experience selling into regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government, critical infrastructure) and navigating compliance/security frameworks (e.g., NIST, FIPS, GDPR, sector-specific requirements).
  • Proven ability to build and scale high-performing sales teams and channel/partner programs.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and executive communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, relevant vendor certifications) preferred.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience with network encryption, secure networking, zero-trust, or SASE/SSE platforms.

Job responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve or exceed revenue targets for network encryption and related cyber security products/services.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage future high-performing sales team (direct and/or channel) focused on enterprise, Telecom Providers and critical-infrastructure customers.
  • Identify, qualify, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving network encryption gateways, VPN/IPsec/SSL solutions, zero-trust networking, secure SD-WAN, and complementary security platforms.
  • Build and maintain C-level and senior technical relationships with key accounts, partners, and channel organizations.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams to refine value propositions, competitive positioning, and go-to-market plans.
  • Forecast accurately, manage pipeline rigorously, and provide regular reporting to executive leadership.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer briefings; contribute to thought leadership in network security and encryption.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms while ensuring alignment with company profitability and risk guidelines.
  • Monitor competitive landscape, market trends (e.g., post-quantum cryptography readiness, regulatory encryption requirements, zero-trust adoption), and customer needs to inform strategy.
