Job Description
SyberJet Aircraft is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead strategic sales initiatives within the aerospace, specifically light and mid-size jet markets. The Sales Director will be responsible for executing sales strategies, expanding customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth for SyberJet Aircraft products and services.
This leadership role requires strong aerospace industry knowledge, exceptional relationship management skills, a current positive industry reputation, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with executive leadership, engineering, program management, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within commercial, military, government, and international aerospace markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposal development
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer relationship management (CRM)
- Represent SyberJet Aircraft at industry conferences, trade shows, customer meetings, and networking events.
- Collaborate with engineering and program management teams to align customer requirements with company capabilities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging aerospace technologies to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategic updates to executive
- Support marketing initiatives, branding efforts, and customer outreach
- Ensure compliance with all applicable aerospace, export control, and regulatory
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, Marketing, or related
- Minimum of 7-10 years of sales or business development experience in the aerospace or aviation industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue
- Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing, aircraft systems, and aviation
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and contract
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with aircraft sales, aerospace components, or defense
- Existing industry relationships within aviation, aerospace, or government
- MBA or advanced business
- Familiarity with FAA, ITAR, and aerospace regulatory
