SALES DIRECTOR - PARTS & SERVICE | NORTH SHORE

You know the heavy-duty truck industry, have a strong sales mindset, and know how to rally a team around common goals?

At Excellence Peterbilt, we are looking for a manager who can drive parts and service sales growth across the North Shore territory while building strong, long-lasting relationships with our customers.

Reporting to the Vice Presidents of Parts and Service, you will play a strategic role in growing our market presence. You will lead and support a team of sales representatives in the field and contribute directly to increasing market share and driving the company's overall sales performance.

Salary: To be determined based on experience

Work schedule: Permanent, full-time position

What you'll be responsible for:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive parts and service sales growth
  • Grow the North Shore territory and build lasting business relationships with customers, fleets, and key accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to strengthen customer retention and grow existing accounts
  • Lead, engage, and develop the sales representative team, including providing hands-on coaching in the field
  • Set sales objectives, monitor results, and analyze key performance indicators
  • Recommend and implement initiatives to improve sales performance and optimize sales processes
  • Work closely with the Parts, Service, and Marketing teams to support business development, including digital initiatives

Experience, education, and skills that would be valuable:
  • Significant experience in sales and business development
  • Experience in people management
  • Experience in the parts, heavy-duty truck, or a related industry; a strong asset
  • Good knowledge of the Montreal and North Shore markets
  • Strong business development, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
  • Comfortable working with technology, performance indicators, and data analysis
  • Bilingual in French and English to effectively serve our French- and English-speaking customers
