Sales Director, Healthcare

Location: Remote position in US.

As the Sales Director, Healthcare, you will define and execute the growth strategy for a high-performing Healthcare business spanning Payers, Providers, and Life Sciences. Reporting as a sales executive, you will lead first-line sales leaders and strategic individual contributors, own regional business performance, and partner across the executive team to accelerate growth. You will serve as an executive sponsor for key customers, shape go-to-market strategy, and help customers leverage AI-powered customer experience transformation to achieve measurable business outcomes.

• Deep expertise across Healthcare Payers, Providers and Life Sciences, including industry trends, regulatory considerations and buying motions.
• Demonstrated success creating and executing enterprise go-to-market strategies and organizational growth plans.

• Experience sponsoring complex transformational opportunities with executive stakeholders.

Business Performance

Customer and Market Engagement

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

$156,800.00 - $275,800.00
