Job DescriptionYou will:
- Help us build a world-class sales development team.
- Leverage the SaaS/Predictable Revenue sales model, but in a 100% remote environment. This means solving the challenges that face these teams (Experience levels, teamwork with AEs, opportunity QA, forecasting accuracy, pipeline- and overall CRM-hygiene) without the benefit of having face-to-face interaction with your team every day.
- Train team to understand client's needs and specifications in order to generate qualified opps.
- Build strong relationships with remote co-workers throughout every level of our organization
- Participate in special projects designed to better the company and product offering
QualificationsYou are:
- A strong, highly communicative manager with a mind for teamwork and solving unique challenges.
- A fantastic judge of talent, a great coach, and a top-notch mentor.
- Experienced managing in a fast-paced sales environment, preferably with a remote component.
- Extremely well-acquainted with the world of VC-funding, venture-backed startups, and high-growth companies.
