Serve as the primary functional expert for channel partners, value-added resellers (VARs), and direct retail clients across North America. Deliver engaging product demonstrations, functional blueprints, and pre-sales assistance to support complex enterprise sales cycles. Oversee end-to-end implementation projects, including scope alignment, gap-fit analysis, project documentation, and rollout sign-offs. Design and execute partner enablement programs, certification webinars, and product training modules for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with global Product Development teams to relay market feedback and stay abreast of platform updates. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base to protect and expand Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). Travel up to 25-40% across Canada and the US for on-site store deployments, partner training, and industry conferences.
