Key Responsibilities:- Promptly respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, email, or in person.
- Attend on-going training courses to stay current on our products.
- Build proposals and quotes reflecting the needs of the customer.
- Capture meaningful client data and sales order information using company-provided tools and procedures.
- Cultivate relatability and reliability with each customer connection for return and referral opportunities.
- Achieve monthly development and sales goals
- Work as a team player and partner with fellow team members to create a positive, supportive, respectful and cohesive work environment.
- Participate in regular shifts to cover store operational hours, including weekends and some holidays.
- Cooperate in all store activities, as needed, including opening and closing procedures and occasional after-hours events.
Qualifications- At least two years working in a goal-oriented sales environment.
- One year of customer service or customer-facing environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing and demonstrate active listening skills.
- Minimum High school diploma or GED.
- Availability to work 5 weekly shifts totaling 40 hours per week. Shifts are typically, 9:30am - 6:00pm
- Working Environment & Conditions: General showroom setting, frequently sitting, standing, walking, and use of computer and phone.
- Required to wear business professional attire.
