Full Job Description

Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President to lead Sales and Revenue Operations Technology for our Private Wealth Technology team, who has a strong passion for building the systems and processes that make a sales organization faster and smarter. As a member of the Private Wealth Technology team, you’ll own CRM strategy for sales, the rollout of AI-driven client conversation and meeting intelligence capabilities, and the end-to-end revamp of our sales reporting and technology. You are equal parts problem solver and operator with an instinct for identifying what matters, a bias for action, and the resilience to see things through.

This role will have a particular emphasis on the transformative build, re-architecting how sales data is captured, enriched, and reported, and putting modern tooling directly into the hands of our sales professionals while simultaneously owning business-as-usual delivery on the legacy stack and seeing it safely through migration. This is a hands-on role: you will be drafting the decks, writing the specs, coordinating stakeholders, and driving engineering in partnership with our engineering leads. This is not a role for someone expecting to manage a large team that does the work on their behalf.

Responsibilities

  • Own CRM Strategy for Sales: Define and deliver the CRM roadmap for the sales organization data model, objects, workflows, automation, and integrations. Act as the first responder to business needs, whether it’s a data gap, process friction, or a brand-new sales capability.

  • Deliver AI-Enabled Client Conversation Intelligence: Lead the implementation and adoption of AI-powered meeting and client conversation capture, from evaluation and integration through configuration, controls, training, and measurable adoption across the sales team.

  • Revamp Sales Reporting and Technology: Rebuild sales reporting from the ground up, definitions, pipeline and activity data, dashboards, and the underlying data flows so leadership has one accurate, trusted view of performance.

  • Run BAU and Land the Migration: Own day-to-day delivery, support, and release management across the legacy sales and reporting stack while sequencing and executing the migration to the new platforms. Keep the lights on without slowing the transformation down.

  • Translate Needs into Execution: Partner with sales professionals, business stakeholders, and engineering leads to document and triage requests across CRM, reporting, data, and sales tooling. Write the specs, define MVPs, prioritize backlogs, and ensure delivery timelines are met.

  • Be the ‘Super Connector’: Coordinate across functional business and technology areas Sales, Marketing, Operations, Data, and Technology to ensure we deliver complete solutions, not isolated features. Push for integration, not just implementation.

  • Institutionalize Process & Governance: Establish data quality standards, CRM hygiene, and sustainable ways of working across intake, prioritization, delivery, and documentation. Partner with global and regional teams to document recurring issues and propose solutions.

Qualifications

Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who work well in a team-driven working group, are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. The successful candidate should possess the following qualities:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or Business Analytics related fields preferred

  • 10+ years of experience in sales technology, revenue operations, CRM delivery, or business analytics roles preferred

  • Deep, current hands-on experience owning and configuring an enterprise CRM platform for a sales organization data model, automation, integrations, and adoption

  • Track record of implementing modern sales tooling, including AI-enabled meeting or conversation intelligence capabilities, and driving real adoption rather than just deployment

  • Demonstrated experience rebuilding sales reporting and analytics end to end, from metric definitions and data pipelines through to executive-ready dashboards

  • Experience running business-as-usual support and delivery on a legacy platform while migrating off it, with minimal disruption to the business

  • Hands-On – you draft the decks, write the specs, and drive engineering in partnership with engineering leads. You are in the detail every day and comfortable working directly in the platforms you own

  • Data Driven – you use data to help drive decisions in areas like design and prioritization, and you hold a high bar for data quality

  • Decisive – you can lead and manage projects with minimal oversight and make independent decisions, but know when to reach out when guidance or additional feedback is needed

  • Detail Oriented – you have experience recording detailed requirements or design documents and are comfortable documenting end-to-end functional, technical, reporting, and data needs

  • Flexible – you want to work in a fast-paced environment requiring you to flex between analytical, strategic, and operational aspects of the job. Regardless of the need, you’re happy to roll up your sleeves to get any job done

  • Strong Interpersonal and Collaborative Skills – you have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You also know how to drive consensus among stakeholders, manage expectations, and keep strong relationships

  • Experienced with Agile Processes – you have worked in agile environments and know how to break down key features into appropriate user stories. You have experience working closely with Engineers through the software development lifecycle

  • BI Tools/Data Tools – experience working with data visualization and BI tools, CRM platforms, agile methodologies and tools, and cloud data warehouse tools
