Position OverviewAs a Sales and Client Experience Lead within PNC's Business Banking organization, you will be based in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, or Washington, DC.
Job Description- Collaborates with senior leaders Supports the implementation of the business plan and execution of strategic initiatives for a Territory or Business Segment. Monitors and communicates factors impacting achievement of business objectives, providing transparency and consultation to senior leadership .
- Develops strategies and tactics that proactively create readiness at the front line. Responsible for the development of tools and resources to drive consistency in managing sales and customer experience outcomes.
- Utilizes a defined governance process to prioritize strategic initiatives. Ensures adequate capacity to support successful execution of business priorities.
- Directs the implementation of a systematic approach to facilitate change management within the business from the perspective of the organization and on an individual level.
- Leads and serves as subject matter resource for heads of products and channels in the line of business. May consult and provide subject matter expertise to Bank Operations and Customer Experience centers of expertise.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $112,000.00 – $249,000.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
