Job Summary

The Sales & Business Intelligence Analyst supports the Transportation & Logistics Sales organization by transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and business growth. This role serves as a key partner to commercial teams by developing reporting solutions, ensuring data integrity, analyzing sales performance, and supporting analyticsand AI-driven initiatives. The position collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance reporting capabilities, improve business visibility, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

About Your Role

  • Develop,maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards to support sales performance and business objectives.

  • Analyzesales, market, customer, and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.

  • Delivermeaningful insights and recommendations to sales leadership and key stakeholders.

  • Supportsales pipeline management and New Business Opportunity (NBO) reporting to improve visibility and conversion tracking.

  • Ensuredata accuracy, consistency, and integrity across CRM, reporting, and analytics platforms.

  • Conductdata audits and validation activities to maintain reliable business reporting.

  • Partnerwith cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver reporting and analytics solutions.

  • Supportanalytics projects from requirements gathering through testing, validation, and implementation.

  • Serveas a key contact for analytics and AI-related business requests and process improvement initiatives.

  • Promotestandardized reporting methodologies, metrics, and governance practices across regions and teams.

About You

  • Bachelor’sor Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • 1–2years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or related analytical functions, including internships, co-op programs, or academic projects.

  • Advancedproficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel.

  • Experienceworking with CRM systems and business applications; Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred.

  • Strongunderstanding of data visualization, KPI development, and business reporting principles.

  • Stronganalytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Abilityto translate complex data into clear and actionable business insights.

  • Effectivecommunication and presentation skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders.

  • Exposureto AI-powered analytics tools and automation solutions is considered an advantage.

  • FluentEnglish communication skills, both written and verbal.

Salary Range:

$67,300 - $100,060

The salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
