Full Job Description
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team and help drive the growth of Uproar by Moburst's public relations services. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients interested in PR services, managing the sales process from initial outreach through closing, and building strong relationships that drive business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound sales activities (cold emails, calls, LinkedIn outreach, etc.)
- Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting to closing deals
- Identify client needs and position our services as the right solution when appropriate
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
**Requirements**
3+ years of experience in sales, preferably selling professional services- must
Proven experience in outbound sales - must
Experience working with multiple interfaces and cross-functional teams- advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Agency experience - a significant advantage
**Nice to Have**
Experience selling marketing, media, or content-related services
Familiarity with the podcasting and PR ecosystem
