Role Overview:This role involves designing, developing, and implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, primarily utilizing SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining SailPoint components and integrations within a commercial banking environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive IAM solutions using Identity Security Cloud.
- Configure and customize SailPoint workflows, forms, rules, certifications, and provisioning processes.
- Develop and maintain application integrations utilizing various connectors, REST APIs, Web Services, JDBC, LDAP, Active Directory, and HR systems.
- Implement Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes for identity lifecycle management.
- Configure and manage access request workflows, access certifications, role management, and policy enforcement.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective resolutions.
- Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, security teams, application owners, and infrastructure teams.
- Support audits, compliance initiatives, and access reviews to ensure security posture.
- Develop custom Java code, BeanShell scripts, and SailPoint rules as required for specific functionalities.
- Participate actively in system upgrades, patches, and migration activities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, design documents, and operational procedures.
- Perform SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) application onboarding and integration.
- Manage access certifications, role-based access control (RBAC), and Lifecycle Manager (LCM).
- Oversee Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), including provisioning and de-provisioning.
Required Skills:- Strong experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
- Proficiency in designing, developing, and implementing IAM solutions.
- Expertise in configuring and customizing SailPoint workflows, forms, rules, and certifications.
- Experience with application integrations using connectors, REST APIs, Web Services, JDBC, LDAP, and Active Directory.
- Ability to develop custom Java code, BeanShell scripts, and SailPoint rules.
- Knowledge of Role-based access control (RBAC) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
- Experience in Commercial Banking domain.
- Hands-on experience in IDN/ISC in the last 1-2 years is required.
Qualifications:- 6-8 years of overall experience.
- Must have experience in SailPoint Profiles.
