Full Job Description
## Role Scope - Own the robotic weld cells: programming, fixturing interface, and weld quality at production rate.- Develop weld programs for structural steel assemblies: procedures, parameters, and sequencing that hold distortion.- Commission new cells with integrators and take them from acceptance to rate.- Drive first-pass yield up with data: rework cut at the parameter level. ## What We're Looking For The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would. - You've programmed and run robotic welding in production, not just in a lab.- You know GMAW deeply: parameters, transfer modes, and what the arc is telling you.- You've solved distortion and penetration problems on heavy weldments.- You work to WPS discipline and can write one.- You partner with quality on inspections and the fixes they drive. Bonus: AWS D1.1 familiarity. Fanuc, ABB, or Yaskawa arc packages. Offline programming. Fixture design input. We are committed to pay equity and transparency.
