Our 25-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU) provides specialized care for a diverse patient population, functioning as a mixed ICU that manages Neuro, Cardiac, Trauma, Surgical, and Medical ICU cases. We also extend our high-quality care to Progressive Care Unit (PCU) patients, ensuring a seamless transition and continuous monitoring for those requiring an intermediate level of care. Our average daily census is around 16 patients. As a Magnet Designated facility, we are committed to nursing excellence, interdisciplinary collaboration, and delivering the highest standards of patient-centered care. Our ICU is equipped to manage a wide spectrum of critical conditions, including STEMIs, severe sepsis, ARDS, various forms of shock, diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA), and significant gastrointestinal bleeds. To support our advanced care, we utilize specialized devices such as Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), intra-aortic balloon pumps, Impella devices, and therapeutic hypothermia for post-cardiac arrest patients. While primarily we take care of ICU or PCU level patients, we also receive overflow patients from other inpatient units, showcasing our flexibility and capacity to manage diverse acute care needs.

Our nurses have the right resources and leadership to practice at the top of their license with an organization that is consistently raising the bar on care excellence. Our system includes several Magnet®-designated facilities (with more hospitals on the Magnet® journey) and provides nurses with development, cross-training and options to flex and advance throughout their career journey. We offer Certification pay and a Clinical Career Ladder to help you grow and recognize your contributions to clinical excellence!

As a Nurse with us you will assume responsibility and accountability for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with both the healthcare team, and the patient/family to identify and meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the patient.
