Responsibilities:- Educate staff and residents on infection control procedures, ensuring a culture of prevention and safety throughout the facility
- Serve as a liaison between the facility and community education resources, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Work closely with the DON/ADON to develop and implement education programs related to quality assurance data conversion and evaluation, improving resident care and quality outcomes
- Analyze and evaluate nursing care, ensuring compliance with State Nurse Practice Act and facility standards
- Develop and implement educational programs, materials, and resources to support staff development and professional growth
