Position Details

Position: Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Mission Valley Post Acute
Pay Rate: $50.00 per hour, based on experience

Essential Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight to residents throughout the shift
  • Perform resident assessments and monitor for changes in condition
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
  • Respond to medical emergencies and make sound clinical decisions as needed
  • Supervise and support LVNs and Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure quality care delivery
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and clinical observations
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team to support resident outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures
  • Promote a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for residents and staff
