About the Unit - III North Surgical

The Registered Nurse utilizes nursing theory, technical expertise, and effective communication skills to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients and their families.

The RN assesses patient needs, collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans of care, provides direct patient care, evaluates patient outcomes, and coordinates care throughout the patient's entire episode of treatment.

III North Surgical provides care for patients admitted with a variety of medical and surgical conditions and serves adult, adolescent, and geriatric populations.

As an RN on III North, you will have the opportunity to develop strong clinical skills while caring for a diverse patient population. You will provide patient and family education to promote understanding of self-care following hospitalization, including lifestyle changes that support ongoing health and healing.

Our RNs also play an important role in creating a healing environment by promoting patient comfort, providing emotional support, and partnering with patients and families throughout their hospital stay.

Compensation

New Graduate RN Hire Rate: $41.93/hour

Additional compensation opportunities may be available based on applicable experience and qualifications.
