Join our Med Surg team at our Community Regional campus in Downtown Fresno, the only Level I Trauma Center in the Central Valley. At Community Health System, you’ll be part of a dedicated nursing team committed to delivering safe, skilled and compassionate care across our hospitals. As a Registered Nurse, you’ll support a diverse patient population and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality, patient-centered outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to apply your clinical expertise in an environment built on teamwork, learning, and continuous improvement. 

In this role, you provide direct patient care using evidence-based practices, complete thorough assessments and implement individualized care plans to support optimal recovery. You coordinate and communicate with physicians, ancillary staff and families to ensure continuity and clarity throughout each patient’s stay. You maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold all safety and regulatory standards while actively contributing to a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and accountability.
