As a Charge Nurse at Community Health System, you oversee daily clinical operations and support your care team to ensure safe, high quality patient care. QualificationsEducation High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE), or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferredExperience 2 years of experience as a staff RN in the area of assignment or demonstrated competency by achieving a minimum of 35 points on the RN Competency Model Evaluation form required 6 months of experience as a Relief Charge RN or in a team leadership role requiredLicenses and Certifications RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required Certifications as required for the unit Adult Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 6 months of hire or transfer DisclaimersPay ranges listed are an estimate and subject to change.
