How you'll make an impact in this roleManage clinical program activities, workflow and nursing resources.
- Develop, implement and evaluate clinical program services and initiatives.
- Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff. Assign tasks, prioritize and coordinates work.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures.
- Monitor and adhere to budget. Approve or monitor expenditures, purchases and other actions to insure compliance with budget guidelines.
What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing with experience required.
Work Experience:
- 3 years of experience required.
- 1 year of leadership or management experience required.
