As Manager in the Labor & Delivery department at Clovis Community, you'll join a close-knit team within a 16-bed unit known for its welcoming and supportive environment.   • High School Diploma, General Education Development (GED) or Completion of a CMC Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required 
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing required 
  • Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) OR other healthcare-related Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise in the service area and leadership ability required 
  • 3 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting required 
  • Previous leadership experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting required
  • BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required 
  • RN - Current State of California Registered Nurse license required
