What You Can Expect:

Are you an experienced RN who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and building high-performing teams? St. Luke's Cancer Institute in Boise is seeking a Nursing Manager to lead the Clinical Oncology team.

In this role, you'll partner with an experienced leadership team to drive quality outcomes, support staff development, and ensure an outstanding patient experience. If you have oncology nursing experience and a passion for leadership, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

  • Full-time: 1.0 FTE (80 hours per pay period)
  • Schedule: Mon-Fri 0800-1630
  • Sign-on bonus eligible for new hires!
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee daily nursing operations, patient care, and staff performance
    • Lead recruitment, development, coaching, and evaluation of nursing team members
    • Drive quality, patient satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives
    • Manage department resources, budgets, and operational goals
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational requirements
    • Promote safe patient care through infection prevention and staff education


Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's of Nursing Degree
  • Experience: Five (5) + years' RN experience
  • Licenses/Certifications:
    • Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
    • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross
  • Preferred: Oncology experience and/or Leadership experience
